How the Business Valuation Process Works

You don't need to complete a lengthy financial questionnaire today. Start with a few basic details and your RMJ advisor will help coordinate the rest.

1

Submit Your Request

Tell us a little about you and your business so your advisor can review the opportunity and confirm initial eligibility.

2

Gather Financial Information

If eligible, your advisor will help coordinate the questionnaire and the financial statements needed to begin the Calculation of Value.

3

Review Your Results

Marshall & Stevens will prepare the analysis and provide a range of value for review and discussion.

When you move forward: the full process generally requires three years of financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements. Tax returns are not accepted as a substitute for these financial statements.
